What this is not
Clinical advice, legal or regulatory opinions, and production software engineering are outside these tiers. If you need one of those, I will say so in the first email and point you somewhere better.
Questions people ask first
What if my problem does not fit either tier?
Email me a paragraph about it. Longer or ongoing work is scoped separately and invoiced through Stripe.
Can I pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes. Email me and I will send a Stripe invoice that accepts card or bank transfer.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Cancel any time before the session or sprint starts for a full refund. Reschedules are free.
Do you handle protected health information?
Not by default. Sessions work from de-identified examples and process descriptions. If a sprint needs PHI, we agree the handling terms in writing first.
